					<description>Steve, you are so right! The lectern creates a distance between the presenter and the audience. The one time I was forced to stand behind one was when i was using a teleprompter. I felt confined. So I agree, "Step away from the lectern" should be embedded in everyone's mind if they want to be more effective.</description>
