					<description>Hi Steve- I agree. It is very hard to sit through a two hour presentation when the presenter is excruciatingly boring. Selling is about making a genuine connection with people. Humor is a very effective way to do that, so long as it is used strategically. As with all things, there has to be a balance. I think the other way you really connect is to have passion. People don't like to be sold but they can spot sincerity and passion a mile away.</description>
