How to Stop Bullies in Their Tracks
Learning how to succeed against bullies is an excellent book written by Ben H. Leichtling, PhD. Ben is a friend and colleague of mine from National Speakers Association-Colorado Chapter. He has been a professional speaker for over twenty years and lives right here in Denver, Colorado.
Bullies start in the school yard and soon work there way up into the workplace. They create a hostile workplace and inflict a great deal of emotional damage to all those they control and manipulate. Ben’s book, How to stop Bullies in Their Tracks is written in a very readable and conversational tone. He doesn’t speak at us he gives us tools and techniques to stop these bullies at home and in the workplace.
Ben also has a great blog where he shares more techniques for stopping bullies and invites reader participation. Ben has a very engaging style and after reading his book I can assure you that you will recognize the bullies that are or have been in your life. More importantly, you will learn great techniques to stop the emotional damage that bullies delight in bringing to our lives. Great job Ben and continued success!
